Direct Agent MLS Billing
The Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® has implemented direct agent MLS billing, which means you are now billed individually using a quarterly billing schedule.

Below is a timeline of important dates to remember:

June 10, 2010 - Agents billed for third quarter MLS services (July, August and September).
July 2, 2010 - Any unpaid agents will have their MLS services suspended until payment is received. A $50 reinstatement fee is charged in order for service to be reactivated.
August 2, 2010 - MLS service to the entire office is suspended if agents still have outstanding fees. A $50 reinstatement fee is charged in order to reactivate service for the office.
September 1, 2010 - Offices with agents who still have outstanding fees and have not reactivated their suspended services will be terminated.

On the other hand, a crawlspace can become a refuge for unwanted creatures, fungus, and termites.
