The Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® consists of several committees and a Board of Directors, all comprised of member volunteers. These positions offer members a chance to strengthen their leadership skills while guiding the association's directives.
All Board of Directors members are elected by the general membership, and committee chairs are appointed by the Board President. Any member can join a committee simply by alerting the association and attending committee meetings.
Affiliates Committee
The Affiliates Committee works on providing Affiliates with opportunities to increase their visibility within the association and to REALTORS®. Learn More
Forum & Member Networking Committee
The purpose of this committee is to bring members together for networking opportunities. Some of the networking committees for 2009 include the Broker Support Committee and the Young Professionals Committee. Learn More
Government Affairs Committee
The Government Affairs Committee expands the association’s public policy sphere of influence locally and regionally. The committee also involves members in the political process. Learn More

Presidential Advisory Group
The purpose of the Presidential Advisory Group is to advise the Board of Directors on the issues that impact SPAAR members and the Association as they relate to MLS issues. Learn More

The RPAC/RIF Committee increases member awareness of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and REALTORS® Issues Fund (RIF) as tools to support candidates who support REALTOR® issues. Learn More
